Return Policy

In a week after delivery, if you don't want the earphone, headphone or earbud you receive, and you keep it in a good state with the original package, you can contact us to return it back. If it's already beyond 7 days, I'm sorry, but we can't accept return.

To get the return process started, you just need to email to us at sales@earphonie.com or talk to us via the online chat app, then we will ask your order ID or Reference and require you to send us the image which can prove the item is in good state. After that, we will give you the return address, you can send it back and once we get that in hand, we will refund to you via Paypal in 24 hours.

PS: Return shipping fee is to be paid by you not us, thank you for understanding.

Refund Policy

We will refund you in 4 conditions.

  1. Your parcel isn't delivered within 1 month.
  2. Your package is broken during shipping.
  3. Your earphone, headphone or earbug isn't working within 60 days.
  4. Your item is returned back to us after our permisson.

The refund will be made via the original payment, once we accept your refund request, we will do that in 24 hours.

Earphonie.com only accepts Paypal as the mainly payment for now. Once you have a paypal account, you can order in our site. Paypal is a secure payment to be used worldwidely, we can receive money soon and also send you money back soon by using the Paypal payment.

So it's very convenient for both you and us.
